By accessing or using Aydonote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Aydonote is a note-taking application that allows you to create, organize, and store notes ("Shards") within organizational structures ("Cores"). We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with different feature sets.

3. User Accounts

• •One person or entity per account; no shared accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aydonote to:

• ✗Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ✗Interfere with or disrupt the service
• ✗Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create in Aydonote. We claim no ownership over your notes, ideas, or creations.

Our Service: The Aydonote service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• •Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $3/month
• •Premium skins are one-time purchases at $1 each
• •Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• •You can cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We'll communicate planned maintenance when possible.

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aydonote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
